2. What does it cost to advertise?
Advertising on ikman property.com is completely FREE! There are no charges for posting your property listings.
3. Will I receive spam emails if I post a listing?
No, you won’t receive spam emails. Your email address remains private and is never displayed on the website.
4. How long will my listing stay active on the website?
Your listing will remain active for 3 months. You’ll receive two reminder emails:
➤ One week before your listing expires
➤ Another email on the expiration date
After expiration, you can reactivate your listing within one month by logging into your account. If you don’t reactivate it within this period, your listing will be permanently removed from the website.
5. I sold or rented my property. How do I remove my ad?
Once your property is sold or rented, simply log in to your account and delete the listing from your dashboard.
